Peg Carson is a public education specialist with Carson Associates, Inc. Her background includes instruction at all levels pre-k through adult in Fairfax Co., VA, and Brevard Co., FL, and program development both for public schools and Fairfax Co. Fire and Rescue. Peg was a consultant to the NFPA Public Education Division and the NFPA Center for High Risk Outreach for 17 years prior to her work with the Home Safety Council managing AFG Prevention and Safety grants. She served on the NFPA 1035 Committee for 10 years, and is past chair of the NFPA Education Section.
