Most people like where they live and want to stay there. Staying safe is one way to be able to do that for as long as you want. The Home Safety Council wants you to know about the things in your home that could cause an accident.

Start by asking yourself a few questions:

• Do you have enough working smoke alarms in your home?
• Do you have grab bars installed in the bathroom?
• Do you know the number to call if you take the wrong medication or too many medications?
